PTSD

PTSD, or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, is a very common condition that can develop in some people who experience or witness a traumatic event.

If you're experiencing symptoms, you're not alone. Symptoms of PTSD may include flashbacks, nightmares, avoidance of triggers, and increased anxiety.

Therapy, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, can help people learn coping mechanisms, and process their trauma. Medication can also be prescribed to help manage symptoms.

A combination of therapy and medication can be effective in treating PTSD, although every person's journey and treatment plan can be unique. We specialize in therapy and psychiatric support for PTSD.
